Rupert, Sean, Hawar, David and Richard are taking part in Movember to raise funds for Maidenhead Food Share.
This is a great charity which helps so many less than fortunate people put food on the table. It’s already a difficult time of year as it get’s colder and leading up to the festive season, so those pennies and pounds will make a big difference providing a glimmer of hope for those old and young.
The link to the fundraising page is below, please can you help support this cause by donating whatever you can afford. The pure humiliation of looking like Tom Selleck’s love children must be worth something.
This year we have selected Foodshare in Maidenhead as our supported charity. Foodshare helps hundreds of people every week, in and around Maidenhead, who are unable to feed themselves and their families properly. Foodshare provides free meals at its food bank, at the homeless shelter and young persons’ hostel, to the street homeless, and it provisions school breakfast clubs so that children do not start the school day hungry. One of Foodshare’s goals for this year is to fund a small facility with modest cooking equipment to teach more people how to cook nutritious food on a tight budget. Find out more about Foodshare
